| Nicky' signed for Glynneath in 1961-62 and witnessed the club's demise from Welsh League football. He later played for Cam Gears - Resolven but after breaking his leg a couple of times he retired from the game for some years.

| He was invited to rejoined Glynneath as club treasurer in the early eighties. But with the formation of a young second team in 1982-83 he lent his experience and proving that age is just a number, continued to turn out for Glynneath until the age of 51.
|
| That in itself is some achievement but we can thank Nicky for many years service as both player and club treasurer.
