| Gareth joined us from the Glynneath Rugby club from 1994-95 and quickly established himself as a leader. He had much success with the second team as both captain and manager competing in eight-cup finals - winning league and cup Double in 1995-96. When injury forced him to retire from playing he then guided the first team for several seasons as manager while taking on the role of club secretary. With these organisational skills he proved to be some tour operator taking the club to some exotic locations abroad.

| Much appreciated for his dedication, Gareth has now returned to rugby with coaching the local youth team.
