- Inter Knickel: 1967-68
- I.N.C.O.: 1975-76
- While the club reformed as I.N.C.O. in 1975-76 we can trace the history of the club to the Mond Knickel Works from 1905-06.
- For 1907-08 the were runners-up in the league then won the first ever Swansea Senior Cup 1908-09. They followed that success by winning five from the first six cup finals and completing the double with the League Championship in 1909-10.
- I understand the club entered the Welsh League and from there I can only guess they were allowed entry into the English F.A. cup. From 1912-13 they lost in a preliminaryby round by five goals to nil away to Newport County. The following season Barry Town went through to the next round by way of a walkover. We can only assume the Mond never turned up for that fixture.
